Congressman Murtha Endorses Balya, Ceraso in Westmoreland County

Westmoreland County
Commissioners Tom Balya and Tom Ceraso today accepted the endorsement of
Congressman John P. Murtha (D-12th District) in the 2003 election.
"Westmoreland County's
achievements over the past few years speak for themselves," Congressman
Murtha said. "Commissioners Tom Balya and Tom Ceraso have worked together to
make Westmoreland County government efficient and cost-effective for
taxpayers, while maintaining their commitment and accountability to the good
people they serve.
"Commissioners Balya and
Ceraso have the vision and leadership to face future challenges and continue
moving the county in the right direction. Tom and Tom are strong leaders,
trusted colleagues, and good friends. They are clearly the best choice for
Westmoreland County in this year's election," Murtha said.
Balya is seeking his third
term as commissioner; Ceraso his second.
The 2003 Primary Election
will be held May 20. |
