Since 1996, Commissioner Balya has sponsored Mayors' Forums at various
locations throughout Westmoreland County.
These forums
provide an opportunity for the county's mayors to be briefed on issues
facing county government, interact with each another, and discuss common
issues facing their communities. A guest speaker from county government
addresses the mayors at each meeting.
