industrial parks, Tom hears from Tony Pauly, VP/General Manager of
Ventana USA. The company produces 700 different bend window systems that
are non-typical, shapes such as circles, trapezoids, octagons, etc. The
one pictured has a wooden look, but it is all vinyl.

5/8/07 - Officials break ground on a new $7 million
housing project in Jeannette. Westmoreland County is a major sponsor of
the project to build 25 new single-family homes and 18 rental units
along 6th Street.

Monessen Riverfront Park, a county IDC endeavor, is now home to CONSOL
Energy, a Fortune 500 company and leading producer of renewable energy.
Cutting the ribbon to open the new office complex are Commissioner Tom
Ceraso; IDC Executive Director Larry Larese; State Representative Ted
Harhai; Ted Kopas, Chief of Staff for Commissioner Balya; EGC Executive
Director John Skiavo; and Doug Farnham, President, Farnham and Phile,
