7/21/09 -- Tom joins John Ward, chairman of the Parks and Recreation Citizens Advisory Board (right), to accept a $10,000 donation from the Dominion Foundation to support Phase II of the Twin Lakes Park expansion.  Representing Dominion are Sara Franz and John Frith.
